This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the Plan Save Shine website uses, and how you can control them. It complements the Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small pieces of information that a website can store on your device. Websites can also store or read information through other technologies, such as local storage. In this policy, “cookies” is used as a collective term where the same legal principles apply.
2. When is consent required?
Under § 25(1) TDDDG, storing information on your device or accessing information already stored there generally requires your consent based on clear and comprehensive information.
Consent is not required under § 25(2) TDDDG where:
- the sole purpose is to transmit a communication over a public telecommunications network; or
- the storage or access is strictly necessary to provide a digital service that you have expressly requested.
On this website, analytics is the only technology that requires consent. It is activated only after you accept it.
3. What this website stores on your device
Inventory measured in a browser on the production website on 15 October 2026, before and after consent.
| Name / key | Provider | Category | Purpose | Type | First / third party | Expiry / duration | Consent required |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
consentement-traceurs | Plan Save Shine | Strictly necessary | Remembers your consent choice, so that the banner is not shown on every page and your choice is respected | Local storage | First party | Until you change your choice or delete your browser data; you are asked again if the list of services changes | No |
_ga | Google (Google Analytics 4) | Analytics | Distinguishes visitors in order to count visits and pages viewed | Cookie | First party, set by Google’s script | Up to 2 years (some browsers shorten it, e.g. 400 days in Chrome) | Yes |
_ga_JCMMGVTC72 | Google (Google Analytics 4) | Analytics | Keeps the state of the current visit for this website’s measurement | Cookie | First party, set by Google’s script | Up to 2 years (some browsers shorten it, e.g. 400 days in Chrome) | Yes |
Before you make a choice, or if you reject analytics, no cookie is set and no request is sent to Google.
Google Analytics is configured without Google signals and without ad personalisation: it is used to measure the audience, not for advertising or remarketing. No advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking technology is used on this website.
The contact form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which sets no cookie and stores no identifier in your browser.
4. Your choices
When you first visit the website, a banner lets you accept all, reject all or choose service by service. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, nothing is pre-selected, and as long as you have not made a choice, analytics stays off.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawal applies for the future and does not make earlier consent-based processing unlawful.
Rejecting analytics does not restrict access to any content or service of the website.
5. Browser controls
Browsers generally allow you to delete or block cookies and site data. Deleting site data also deletes your consent choice, and the banner will be shown again. Browser settings do not replace the website’s obligation to obtain consent where consent is legally required.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Data collected by Google Analytics may be processed by Google outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Further information is available in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to this Cookie Policy
The inventory in section 3 is reviewed whenever a technology is added, removed or changed on the website, and at least once a year.
